Caffeinated Drinks
Cardamom Cold Brew
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cold brew coffee
- 1 oz Khana Vanilla Cardamom syrup
- 2 oz milk of your choice
- Ice
Instructions
*To make cold brew at home, mix 7g of ground coffee with water and refrigerate for 12-24 hours. Strain into a container once steeped cold.*
- Fill a glass with ice
- Pour cold brew over the ice
- Add Khana Cardamom syrup and stir
- Top with milk or cream, if desired
Rose Matcha Iced Latte
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- Matcha bowl or frother
- 2 oz hot water (175°F)
- 1 oz Khana Rose syrup
- 6 oz milk or milk alternative
- Ice
Instructions:
- In a matcha bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth. Alternatively, froth matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
- In a glass, add ice and Khana Rose syrup
- Pour in milk, then top with the whisked matcha
- Stir gently and serve
Dirty Iced Chai
Ingredients:
- 6 oz chilled chai
- 2 oz espresso or cold brew
- 1 oz Khana Chai syrup
- 4 oz milk of choice
- Ice
Instructions:
*To make chai, cold steep ground black tea, 2 crushed cardamom pods, 2 cloves, and a pinch of fennel seeds in water for 12-24 hours. Strain and serve. Alternatively, a premade chai concentrate can be used*
- In a shaker, combine chai concentrate, espresso, Khana Chai syrup, and milk
- Shake lightly
- In place of a shaker, a frother can be used
- Pour over ice and serve
Saffron Latte
Ingredients:
- 2 oz espresso or 4 oz strong brewed coffee
- 8 oz steamed milk
- 1 oz Khana Saffron syrup
Instructions:
- Brew espresso or coffee
- Stir in Khana Saffron syrup
- Top with steamed milk
- Optionally, garnish with a few saffron strands

Rose Vodka Soda
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 0.75 oz Khana Rose syrup
- Sprite
- Ice
- Lemon wedge (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add vodka and Khana Rose syrup
- Top with sprite, or sparkling water for a low-cal option, and stir
- Garnish with a lemon wedge
Cardamom Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz Khana Cardamom syrup
- Angostura bitters
- Orange peel (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a glass, combine bourbon, 2 dashes of bitters, and Khana Cardamom syrup
- Add ice and stir gently
- Garnish with orange peel
Chai Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz cooled espresso
- 0.75 oz Khana Chai syrup
- 0.25 oz coffee liqueur (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans
Saffron French 45
Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- 0.5 oz Khana Saffron syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- Sparkling wine
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and Khana Saffron syrup with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into a flute and top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with a lemon twist

Rose Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Khana Rose syrup
- 6 oz sparkling water
- 2 oz lemon juice
- Ice
- Black salt
Instructions:
- Fill glass with ice
- Add lemon juice and Khana Rose syrup
- Top with sparkling water and stir
- Optionally, add in a pinch of black salt for an authentic South Asian flare
Rose Cream Soda
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Khana Rose syrup
- 8 oz milk of your choice
- 2 oz sprite
- Sparkling water (for low-cal)
Instructions:
- In a glass, combine Khana Rose syrup, milk, and sprite.
- Stir gently
- Optionally top with whipped cream
- For a low-cal alternative, replace milk and sprite with sparkling water and add a splash of cream!
- Alternatively, use cream soda for a classic western flavor
Cardamom Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
- 8 oz milk of your choice
- 1 oz Khana Cardamom syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 oz dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small pot under medium heat, warm up your milk for 2-3 minutes
- Whisk in cocoa powder and dark chocolate
- Once the milk begins frothing under heat, add in Khana Cardamom syrup
- Stir for 30 seconds under heat, then 30 seconds off the heat
- Cool before serving
Cardamom Milk Badam
Ingredients:
- 8 oz milk of choice
- 1 oz Khana Cardamom syrup
- 1 tbsp finely ground almonds
- 1 tbsp of sliced almonds
Instructions:
- Using a frother, froth cold milk
- Stir in ground almonds and Khana Cardamom syrup
- Add in sliced almonds
Chai Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 oz Khana Chai syrup
Instructions:
- Blend ice cream, milk, and Khana Chai syrup until smooth
Saffron Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain dahi or yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mango pulp
- 1 oz Khana Saffron syrup
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Chill before serving
Saffron Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 oz Khana Saffron syrup
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until creamy
*If using a blender bottle, please make sure to use a shaker ball*

Rose Pistachio Kulfi
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of your choice (whole milk is recommend)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 oz Khana Rose syrup
- 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
Instructions:
- In a saucepan or pot under medium, combine all ingredients
- Whisk or stir until all liquids are fully combined
- Bring the milk and pistachios to a froth
- Pour into kulfi or popsicle molds, sprinkle pistachios, and add in popsicle sticks
- Freeze overnight before serving
Cardamom Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients (filling):
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Khana Cardamom syrup
Instructions:
- Spread filling over dough before rolling
- Bake as usual
- Drizzle baked rolls with Khana Cardamom syrup for glaze
Chai Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 oz Khana Chai syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar
- Refrigerate overnight
Saffron Kheer
Ingredients:
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup rice
- 2 oz Khana Saffron syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- Cook rice in milk over low heat until soft and thickened
- Stir in Khana Saffron syrup
- Chill before serving
